Fix/ tighten or change a few door handles 3. Fix, adjust or change some window handles 4. Repair/adjust balcony mosquito/flyscreen doors, including handles, alignment or mesh if needed 5. Check a few other minor fittings while on site I will upload photos corresponding to the numbered items above. Please bring suitable tools. If any replacement parts material are needed, I can pay for them separately. Prefer someone experienced with general apartment repairs, curtain fittings, doors, windows .

1. Repairing a small hole in the corner of a wall where our cavoodle decided to sharpen her teeth. 2. The outer door of a corner cupboard in the kitchen dropped off its hinges and needs to be re-attached. It may require replacement hinges, not sure. 3. 2/4 hinges on a wardrobe have detached and need to be re-attached. I think this is hopefully a quick fix and unlikely to need new hinges. 4. We have a light scratch on laminate floor, not sure if this is in your wheelhouse to resolve and no worries if not.

I need to install a pet door, need to put brackets in aluminium. The door is out and just needs to get the brackets to the door and the locking brackets installed. I don’t have the tools to make the screw holes in aluminum. Preferably to get it done today

We are moving to another level in the same building, so I need you back on Sunday (16 August) to re-install them on the walls in the new office after we move. Day 1, Thursday 13 August: 4 hours. Removing the wall mounted shelving and cupboards. Day 2, Sunday 16 August: 8 hours. Re-mounting everything in the new office. This day is longer because the shelves need to go up straight and level, holes need to be drilled, and the work needs to be done properly. Start time is 11am on both days. 12 hours total for 1 person. You must bring all your own tools to remove the shelves and wall mounted cupboards (they are from Ikea) and to re-mount them on the walls, including your own parts such as wall mounting screws, plugs and brackets.

2x sliding doors need replacement of whole fly screen mesh.

Job 1. There is a hole in the bedroom wall connecting to the bathroom from investigating a leak. Fixing and plastering/gyprock on a ~50cmx30cm wall. Job 2. Fix the wooden panels and the baseboards as water has affected and caused it to separate. Job 3.
