Looking for an experienced handyman to complete the following work on my front timber fence/gates (photos attached): 1. Pedestrian gate (smaller side gate) • Supply & install 1x pair of D&D TruClose Heavy Duty self-closing hinges for timber (TCHD2S3 or similar) — replacing existing hinges • Supply & install 1x D&D MagnaLatch Top Pull Series 3 Heavy Duty, key-lockable (timber kit) — replacing existing latch 2. Double driveway gate (larger gate) • Supply & install 1x D&D MagnaLatch Top Pull Series 3 Heavy Duty, key-lockable (timber kit) — replacing existing latch between the two gate leaves • Existing drop bolt at the bottom can stay (secures the inactive leaf) 3. Key box • Supply & install 1x Master Lock Heavy Duty Wall Mount Key Lock Box (model 5401EURD or equivalent) — to be mounted on the side wall of the house. Exact position to be confirmed on the day. Materials All materials to be supplied by the tasker. Please include materials cost in your quote (or break it out separately). Happy to consider equivalent alternatives, but MagnaLatch Top Pull Series 3 is the preferred latch — it’s for toddler safety so it’s non-negotiable on quality. Notes • Gates are painted timber with metal posts — the latch striker may need to mount onto the metal post side (mixed-material install) • Latch must be installed at adult shoulder height (approx. 1500mm) so it’s out of toddler reach • Key box to be mounted securely into brick/render on the side of the house (please bring appropriate masonry fixings) • Please bring your own tools • Both gates should self-close and self-latch reliably when done

HI, Our kitchen pantry door has come out because the hinges are broken or old. These are old Blum angled hinges. We need the door put back.

Assembling gym cable machine

Two large backdrops (2.5m by 2.5m) need to be sawed in half and add some hidden detachable clips to the back of them. They then need to be moved upstairs to studio space. We want to be able to wheel them together and back apart

We do have very small car single garage and the current door is rusted & not functioning. We would like someone to come over to assess, measure and give us options on replacing this Garage door completely, supply & install, and remove all the debris post work completion. Manually locked garage door design is ok if it does not allow automated garage door, mainly we like to protect the garage from all weather & rain along with safety/privacy perspective. The Garage door frame also need to be replaced as the timber is rotten with rain water. Weather protection (mainly from rain water) design/install is preferred. Price is Negotiable though i tagged approx price just to submit the task

We have a slow leak from the roof. Noticed a timber piece near the tiles and gutter that is in bad shape and could be the cause. It's causing mould inside.
