Form, mix and pour a small concrete slab 2450w x 980d on compacted soil. Slab thickness ~100mm. Bags of concrete not provided. A week later once slab is set, erect flat pack EasyShed shed (2250w x 780d x 2120h) and fasten into slab. Its a 6 panel bifold door system (from house to patio area). Whilst the doors and tracks are fine - its the runners (that feed into the track) that are broken. There are 4 x runners - 1x broken (snapped), 2x are bent, and uncertain about the last (doesn't look broken, but suspect bent - hard to see). Hopefully the photos help - happy to answer any questions.

I am looking to get a quote to remove some old bi fold doors and replace. We are buying the bi folds second hand for a place in Avalon so the quote needs to include pick up and delivery of the doors. We will then need you to remove the existing windows, 2 French doors and 3 fixed panels and then install the new ones. Ideally we would like it completed in one day. We have had some great experience with air taskers but would like to see existing work before we choose who to go with as sometimes the quality has been different. Thanks

Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. I’ve bitten off more than I can chew…I was in the process of re-sealing my bathtub and as I was removing the old silicone, a handful of loose tiles fell off. I’ve tried resticking the tiles down (as per pic) but they’re not all sticking and it’s messy. I need someone to put the tiles back up, with grout, in a tidy and nice way. The wall surface doesn’t appear to be level or even. Tile section is tiny - approx. 15cm x 1cm. Hoping someone can come asap so we can use our shower again. Thanks ☺️
