Main job is to eliminate gaps around the top, bottom, sides and corrugated gaps while keeping the garage door functional (very rarely used). Different profiles may be needed depending on the gap, e.g. wedge/triangular, D/bulb, or square/rectangular closed-cell seals, plus sealant where appropriate. NEGOTIABLE OFFER but price include materials. Prefer someone who can source the suitable seals conveniently/cheaply. Goal: no visible/light air gaps and strong continuous compression sealing when closed.

Hole on the wall, require a patch of gyprock, see photo. Size of repair is roughly 250 x 250 mm. Probably need paint too but we're okay if its not 100% match. Give me an offer to get this wall patched, repaired, painted, a complete task. Thanks

Looking for an experienced wallpaper installer to hang a wallpaper mural on one wall in my apartment in Canterbury. The wallpaper mural measures 384cm wide × 270cm high. The wall itself is slightly smaller, so the mural will need to be professionally trimmed to fit. We have already purchased the wallpaper and can provide a ladder. The wallpaper is paste-the-wall style, so ideally you can supply the appropriate adhesive/glue (please advise if there is an additional cost). Looking for the job to be completed this week, preferably Friday or Saturday this week, although slightly flexible. Please only apply if you have experience installing wallpaper or murals and can provide a neat, professional finish.
