I would like to tear up the carpet on our hallway landing and replace it with the spare of cuts. The landing is 2700 mm x 1100 mm. Piece one is 1500 by 750 mm. Piece two is 1450 mm by 630. Piece 3 is 1650 mm by 1680 mm. The existing underlay can be reused.

I need my floor sanded and polished with Loba 2k Duo matt-satin or similar to achieve the look in attached photos. - 32sqm apartment - Please see photos of current apartment - Please see photo of what I'd like to achieve in the last photo.

Looking to have a section of floorboards sanded and polished approx 9sqm. They’re a Boral engineered hardwood floating floorboard. May also consider restoring the whole unit approx 75sqm. I’ve included photos of the area showing significant signs of wear, the rest of the unit and a side profile of the board.

My dog has unfortunately ripped up threads from the carpet at the edge of the door, and continued along the edge of a built-in wardrobe. Additionally we have two small coin sized areas where a thread has been ripped out. (1 x 20c piece size, and 1x 50c piece size) I've attached photos for your reference.
