Skirting boards (new 140mm, already puchased and on site) to be installed in bedroom that was completely stripped out, refloored and replastered 2400mmx3600mm. Walls are brick plastered. We have the boards already (as noted above). Two existing power points need to go in the board. We can get an electrician to do whatever needs to be done prior if necessary. We also have other jobs that we can list later.

I have 2 areas of laminate flooring that got damaged and need replacing with spare laminate flooring I have already purchased. One of the areas is in the middle section of the living room and one area is in the doorway from the living room to kitchen

Secure new timber it's going to boards to walls where required. Some areas are good some others are not and will require liquid nails and nails to push up against the walls skirting board. some corners need a bit of timber to make the gap less. Require job done straight away

Remove existing quadrant bead (white prefinished approx 20m linear length) in living/hall and replace with quick step quadrant scotia in matching colour to flooring.
