Task Description Water damage to timber floor underneath a plant pot that appears to have overflowed/leaked. The affected area is quite dark and the wood is slightly raised in a few spots. Looking for someone experienced with timber flooring to assess the damage and repair it as neatly as possible.

I have a small office room (4.2mx2.8m) I need to lay new underlay and carpet after the previous carpet and underlay got stained. If you can source the carpet and underlay and lay it that would be great. Or I could maybe find the materials myself. Depending on if you have carpet materials or not would alter the price. The old carpet has been removed and there is no furniture required to move.

Looking for an experienced microcement / micro-topping flooring specialist to install a seamless mineral floor in a kitchen (~10–12 sqm) in a heritage apartment in Manly. The existing floor is old pine timber boards, so correct preparation, stabilisation, decoupling and levelling are required before applying the microcement system. Finish to be matte and architectural, suitable for kitchen use. The job would need to start on 17 December and be completed by 20 December, or for the installer to confirm whether this timeframe is feasible and their availability. Please note that access is constrained: the apartment is in a heritage-listed building, located on the second floor with no lift. There is no on-site parking; nearby loading zones are available but not all-day parking.

A damaged section of carpet outside an elevator in an apartment building needs replacing with an insert section of rubber backed matting. Size of the area is approx 2m x 2.3m with 2 doorway entrances onto this section adjacent to the elevator.

I would like to fix an ikea pax wardrobe in the space between my wall and fireplace. To do so we need to either build a little box to stand it on and/or remove part or the skirting boards.
