Need to do deck maintenance and apply oil

Looking for an experienced flooring specialist to sand and treat/varnish the timber floor in a small bedroom and the adjoining landing area. Bedroom: approx. 3.4m x 2.7m (~9.2m²) Landing/hallway space adjoining the room: approx. 2–3m² (happy to confirm exact size on inspection) Sand back existing timber floor Fill any gaps/nail holes as needed Apply stain (if required) and protective varnish/polyurethane finish (satin or your recommendation). Likely to try and keep it as close to the existing colour as possible. Access via upstairs landing, existing carpet grippers/tacks already removed from the room Please quote for materials + labour, and let me know drying/recoat time so we can plan access to the room.

Looking for someone to remove carpet and underlay in a 2.3 x 2.7m bedroom, seal off the landing carpet and remove the staples from the wooden floorboards.

I have had a new wooden pine deck installed. It is now about 6 weeks old and needs to be prepped and oiled. There are still pencil marks from installation which require removal or sanding. I have both the oil and applicators. There is also a ramp as pictured.

Flooring has damage and will need to be filled/ replaced in some areas. The rest of the floor needs to be sanded back and polish reapplied. 5 rooms total with 3 bedrooms, two larger living areas and one corridor. House in total is 190 msq this is inclusive of bathrooms, kitchen and carport which do not have floorboards.

To seam 4 pieces of carpet to fit a 5 * 4 meters room and stretch the carpet. Location Beacon Hill 2100.

We need to lay a laminate floor in a small bedroom that is 3.4 x 2.9. We have all the materials. We just need someone who is experienced in laying floors.

Pull up linoleum from kitchen, clean and remove adhesive. I think there are square terracotta tiles underneath.

Need some help to supply and install new carpet in 3bedroom (29-30m2 in total). You also need to remove the existing carpet and dispose off.

1 medium bedroom - mostly covered with kid bed. 1 small bedroom with desk and drum set and small bedroom room - (small space - bed and furniture filling it) - 3 in total rooms need urgent carpet clean. Only apply if you use and specially treat pet stains.

Need to get the flooring removed which includes carper from the 3bedrooms, laminated floors from living area and tiles from the kitchen and dispose off

Need to remove the existing flooring (refer photos) and install herringbone timber flooring in whole house except bathrooms.

Take away old carpet and underlay

Install scotia around hybrid flooring in granny flat studio. Requires drop saw and experience installing scotia - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024

We have lifted a carpet from one room and would like someone to fit it in another room - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023

Need to patch up missing piece of carpet about 30cm x 10cm. Can take carpet from wardrobe for job. Need to extend/replace edging frame as well. - Due date: Flexible
