Find an experienced flooring expert in Newport

Looking to sand and polish my apartments floorboards by the 5th April. Want 3 coats of polish with a matte finish that is a lighter colour to the current floorboards. The floorboards are made of Cyprus Pine. Photo attached of the desired end result. Apartment size is roughly 43 metres squared and work is only needed in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom.

I need to install 5 new timber doors and handles in an aluminium door frame with hinges (hinges are welded to the jamb). Doors will need to be trimmed slightly bottom and top to fit. And approximately 50 l/m of skirting boards. It is labour only, material will be supplied. Of course you need the tools :) - Due date: Flexible
