Hi I need to tile approx 5m2 of 227x60x11mm tiles on my dining room floor i will do all the prep like laying the tile underlay board as its over a timber floor.

My in-built dishwasher is broken and can't be fixed because it is stuck behind the skirting board that has been afixed to the floor. I would like someone to come and cut the wood in a straight line so I can get the dishwasher out, enabling me to then glue the wood back on.

Do you have UV repellent varnish? Attached is the floor plan. We are located in Harbord, 2096. All rooms are carpeted except the kitchen and living room. Bathrooms are not required. The kitchen has cork flooring that can also be removed to show the original hardwood floors. I need new flooring - carpet or similar to be installed at my 2 bedroom + 1 living area apartment in Freshwater. Approx 40m2 Existing flooring has been removed and it is ready to go now! Underflooring looks pretty good with the exception of the small kitchen area which will need to be patched / leveled. Currently thinking carpet with laminate in the kitchen, however I am open to economical solutions. Carpet is to be a neutral colour but not overly fussed on spec. just something durable! Keen to have this done ASAP

We’re moving out of a temporary rental in freshwater and have managed to cause two stains on the carpet that we’d love help removing properly (we’ve tried). One is from a spill of blue-coloured toilet cleaning product and the other is actually an accident that our dog had one day when he was unwell and someone accidentally forgot to leave the door open for him. This is a short-term rental so we’re not obliged to do a full carpet clean, but would love to at least not leave stains behind. Rip up particle board that is inside a sliding door wardrobe Size: 588mm deep 3.3m long wardrobe (approx) The particle board has been glued down and I don’t have a crowbar or the time rip it up. A new wardrobe goes in on Mondays the wall needs a paint. You may need to saw the edge so it doesn’t rip out the rest of the carpet. Paint supplied Understand the job is somewhat small but any help would be greatly appreciated :)
