Remove existing damaged floorboards - water damaged ones by balcony door (general wear and tear mainly) I have a spare pack of the original floorboards to use as replacements. Of course they will need to be cut to size. Use whole pack to repair as much as you can. May require a little bit of new underlay at the edges of the floorboard as it sinks a little when you step on it. I've thrown in a budget of $100, but I'm flexible. Let me know. The job is just an interim measure as I will be replace the whole floor in a year or so.

I have a snap in floating floor where a few boards are damaged and need to be replaced. The scope includes removing approx 10m2 of plank flooring to then access and remove the damaged boards and replace with new floor boards which we have already.
