Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary. There are some areas where adhesive hooks and posters have pulled off the paint and drywall. I am moving house and need these fixed well enough for the landlords not to notice.
