Hi there, I need someone to replace a small part of my timber frame that has rotten due to water damage. The water leak has been fixed. I will need some advice on the area. Will also need to hang new gyprock and plaster. Painting not required. I’m also looking to install two power points in that wall. There is a light switch on the adjoining wall. See attached picture.
