There are three to four small areas in our bedrooms and a hallway cupboard and that need to have render redone or replaced before we paint.

I am moving in to a new place and the balustrades are extremely low and not code. I’m looking for a solution to raise the height for safety as there is a 30ft drop on one side and way too low. Retro fit options for temporary solution and then full replacement of balustrades. For the temporary balustrades it’s approximately 20m walkway and also steps to the lower level we need rallying installed either side. The block has two apartments and the full replacement is approx 55m. The third image is a sample of the replacement balustrade that I have been considering but open to other solutions

New backyard needs all the besser blocks rendered. It would be good to have different style to break up the large space

Two wooden balconies have rust coming through due to nails. Need replacing. Approx 60 nails to be replaced.

Bought two shelves made by Ikea from marketplace - need them fixed to a rendered brick wall in the kitchen. Also want 6 screws into brick outside so i can put up something.

I have two ikea floating shelves that i want put up in the kitchen but i have had issues before drilling into the walls so want someone who knows what they are doing. The walls are rendered over old bricks. You need the correct drill, drill-bit and supports for screws as well as spirit level to get the shelves straight. Please note i actually have done this myself once before on another wall but used incorrect drill bit which made the hole unnecessarily big and will require patching before moving out - hence figured I’d get someone with exp. this time - but I know it will take very little time if you have the correct drill/skill It’s a rental property… I also have 6 other individual small holes to drill outside into the bricks (so I can put up some outdoor pots on the wall.)

Three jobs in one (all opening to the same verandah): 1. Paint concrete verandah floor (I supply paint) 2. Clean-up and paint external door (gloss acrylic white - you to supply) 3. Clean-up and paint double windows, including re-putty glazing, paint metal lintel and fill gaps around window frame (gloss acrylic white - you to supply)

We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced. I would recommend that a site visit be undertaken before you quote.

Looking for a handyman / plasterer to patch and finish holes left from removed air conditioning units at a gym in Balgowlah. Scope of work: • Patch 2 holes in a brick wall from removal of old AC units (fill, render and finish flush) • Patch 1 hole in an internal gyprock wall from relocation of a smaller AC unit • Sand and prepare all patched areas **Also happy to hear other options to get this done.

I want to run an electric power cord behind a wall to the PowerPoint The wall is gyprock, the distance is less than 30cm

I had a crack repaired in my ceiling slab from the underside.. The area needs to be rendered with a top coat type finish to level it up with the rest of the ceiling, currently area is recessed by approx 8mm which needs to be to rendered up so level and I can paint. Area size is approx 1000mm x 300mm. Is this something you could do and if so please will you quote. I am in Balgowlah on Northern Beaches.

Gut the inside of an old wardrobe, replace the cabinetry on the interior and paint or refurbish the exterior and interior of wardrobe. We need someone with cabinetry or joinery experience as well as painting.
