We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced. I would recommend that a site visit be undertaken before you quote.

Our kitchen bin (pull out two drawer bin) has come off its hinges, it’s also been fitted incorrectly so can’t come all the way out. It needs to be taken out and repositioned. You’ll need your own tools.
