Need someone to professionally hang 2 paintings and 1 guitar on the walls (gyprock): - 1st painting: 140 x 100 cm, 7kg, needs 2 hanging points - 2nd painting: 100 x 70 cm (3kg), 1 hanging point - Guitar: 3kg, wall mount with screws provided just need 2 wall anchors (screws are 4cm long, refer to photo)

We have 5 frames that we need hanging onto the wall. They keep falling off our wall when using picture hanging strips. We would like someone to come and put them onto the wall permanently (but neatly as we are renting!). The frames may need string adding to them to be hung onto a hook.

Finish off the hanging of 2 shelves in the laundry area. 1st shelf is a floating shelf (holes already exist within the shelf) and floating bracket pins already purchased. Final hole into wall and resizing of shelf holes required for installation (to accommodate the floating bracket rather than drilling further into the wall). 2nd shelf is to be installed higher - using shelf brackets (already purchased) - fixed on the top of the shelf. Hi All, Thanks in advance! Whilst I'm pretty capable of most things, I am looking for a handyman who can help in doing the following: 1. Put a heavy mirror on the wall. Sorry I'm not sure exactly what type of wall it is. If you can tell me how to work it out, I'd appreciate it. 2. Install a block out blind in my kids bedroom, between window and plantation shutters. I have a rolling baby gate that inneed drilled onto a cement rendered wall (both sides of wall) outdoors. Looking for someone who can drill into cement without damaging it

Need to replace 2 ceiling fans. The new ones are exactly the same as those being replaced. Simple task of removing pin holding the fan to the support bracket, disconnect two power leads and reattach new. I am 71 years old and do not trust ladders like I used to

Need basic bedroom door replaced and mirror in bathroom

We need about 20 office roof tiles replaced. Some are different sizes so will need to cut them to size. Some have lights in them, so will have to remove light, cut hole in new one and replace. I will provide all the tiles, this is just for the labour.
