Door panel is broken, need handyman to fix the hole as per picture. Got the match paint. Keen to have it fixed, as returning house to landlord.

I need 2 or 3 sections of flexible aircon ductiing under the house replaced. Will need to cut off old sections and fit and tape seal new replacement duct sections. Crawl space is approx 4-500mm. Will supply materials required. Labour only. I estimate job to be approx 2 hours.

Acrylic render to bottom section of wall where old deck has been removed. Main section about 650mm high x 4m long, then 5m long x 250mm high and narrow band at the bottom of wall, approx 4m long.
