Blind size * Each blind is approximately 2.2m wide x 2.0m high. * One blind is installed in a very tight window recess and may require inspection to confirm that a motor can fit within the available space. Option 1 – Use Customer-Supplied Motors * Replace the roller blind fabric and tubes. * Install the Dooya motors that I have already purchased into the new tubes. I think a 45mm tube will work * Confirm compatibility of the motors with the proposed tube system. Option 2 – Supply and Install Complete System * Replace the roller blind fabric and tubes. * Supply and install suitable hard-wired motors. * Ensure the motors are compatible with standard wall-switch control and future smart-home integration if available. (first image) - Old Vent - when the new ducted air con was installed, they have left the old intake vent - this is just sitting there and comes out. we need need this patched. (second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.
