One of the vertical blinds string worn out, about to snap, so I can't open/close it.

We have an existing sliding door in a cavity that has two doors that meet in the middle with a lock. The doors hang from a track up the top. Currently the doors meet in the middle but they are not aligned, we have a large gap down the bottom, as a result we are unable to lock the doors. There is a well (hand hole)in the backyard that overflows when flashing toilets or turning on the washing machines. There could be a blockage in the well, I want you to unblock the well(hand-hole) and insert a camera to see what caused it and if everything is completely clear.

I have some family photos (18) I’d like hung up securely on our staircase walls. I need a perfectionist and someone with creative flair to lay them out so they look aesthetically pleasing. I think the wall is quite thin so may require a certain type of hook? I want them drilled in. Not stick on ones.
