We need some some gyprock to be done following the install of new wardrobes: - our new linen cupboard. This needs to have a shadow gap or be completely flush with the wall. The frame is timber and there is rendering / cement around this. Inside the linen cupboard has exposed bricks which needs to also be covered. - Above / next to the new wardrobes There is also a section to be finished at the top of the new wardrobe with a new matching cornice. No painting required.

Aluminium stripe and rubber wedge/seal stripe have fell off from the door. 2 aluminium stripes are missing and some rubber seal stripe need to be replaced. See photos attached

In the shower recess, where the glass meets the wall, some of the caulking needs to be redone. Water is able to get between the glass and the cupboard behind it. I do believe that the cupboard is made from marine ply.

I have 1 window and 1 glass door that need soundproofing. It is an apartment and the frame is aluminium. Please see photos for dimensions.

The screws holding the rear rollers on the sliding door have pulled out of the door. The same thing has happened previously to the front roller. The problem is the door slides into a cavity in the wall and there is no easy way to remove the door or get good access. About the only way to fix it is to use some wedges underneath the door to take the weight off the roller, an L shaped phillips head screwdriver to tighten up the screws as best as possible and get some epoxy in there using a lollipop stick to glue the roller to the door. So bring some disposable wedges and long setting strong epoxy.

I have a small laundry space that is closed by two bi-fold doors. The track and pivot of the right bi-fold door are damaged and the door doesn't close properly. See the photos for a clearer description. I am looking for a decent fix, the budget is obviously flexible based on needs. Thank you in advance.
