Need to install aluminium batten privacy screen in balcony of a newly build duplex ( both side ). Each side will have around 20-25 battens. The bottom part can be screwed to brick and top to frame. All battens are available at the site including accessories needed to install. Sample photo of balcony attached I have highlighted where i want the battens. I am putting 50$ as a nominal amount. Some areas of my drywall ceiling needs repair after water damage. Dry wall is still structurally intact. One area has some water staining approx 40cm by 1.5m in size. 2 drill holes approx 3-5mm each and a section of a joint edge with folded/bubbled surface approx 20cm long. Another section of ceiling in my garage has 3x flakey/bubble surface about 1m by 30cm each. And a large cutout hole approx 30x30cm size.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman or installer to securely install a pool slide onto my outdoor travertine pool tiles. The slide is already assembled. I just need it bolted and anchored into the pool deck as per the manufacturer’s instructions. I don’t have the bolts. Scope of work: • Position slide correctly • Drill into travertine stone tiles (12 holes total) • Install the required 5/16 UNC bolts, washers and lock nuts (see attached diagram) • Ensure slide is level, secure and safe for children • Must bring everything including your own hammer drill, masonry bits, bolts, and tools • See photos for bolts
