Access: Mostly level with one short set of tiled steps. Requirement: Please bring your own moving trolley, blankets, and straps for safe transit to the unit. 2. The Units (Custom Specifications) Bookshelf: 2410mm(H) × 2600mm(W) × 250mm(D). Cabinet: 2600mm(H) × 1800mm(W) × 600mm(D) with doors/drawers. LED Lighting: Neatly mount and test supplied plug-in LED strips/transformer (no hardwiring required). 3. Structural Anchoring (Non-Negotiable) Wall Type: Block/Masonry. Safety Requirement: While the units are self-standing, the bookshelf (only 250mm deep) will be loaded with a massive library of heavy law, engineering, and theology volumes. Task: You must anchor both units into the masonry wall. While brackets are supplied, you must provide/install professional-grade high-load masonry fixings (e.g., Ramset, AnkaScrews, or similar) for the book shelf. The units must be perfectly level and plumb. 4. Scope of Work Carry-in, unboxing, and full assembly of both units. Precision alignment of all doors and drawers. Neat installation of LED parts. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective.
