Find an experienced handyman in Lidcombe

Please help me to install my hydraulic door closer, as pictured below. The closer has been purchased but could you please bring the screws and tools required.

Replace the existing unit with new one as seen pn the photo. We dont have a ladder tall enough to dismantle and install the unit.

Hello, We are seeking a handyman to assist with the removal and installation of signage across two sites (Lidcombe and Mascot). Scope of Work: -Install three new signs (1790 x 1170 mm; 12 kg each) using French cleat hangers (already provided). The cleat system requires the wall-mounted component to be fixed to the wall prior to mounting the signs. -Two signs to be installed at our Lidcombe office/warehouse and one sign at our Mascot office. -Remove one existing billboard (3000 x 2000 mm) from the warehouse wall at our Lidcombe location, including removal of all fixings. A ladder will be required for safe access. -The installation will require care as some walls in both the Lidcombe and Mascot offices are gyprock. Appropriate fixings must be used to avoid wall damage while ensuring the signs are securely mounted. -One sign in the Lidcombe warehouse is to be mounted at a minimum height of 1850 mm from the ground to provide sufficient clearance above desks and monitors. A ladder will be required for installation works. What we’re looking for: Experienced handyman or installer with the right tools and equipment to complete the job safely and neatly.
