We are a Strata Complex based at Pendle Hill and have 14 units. All of them are single storeyed. We are in need of a trusted roof maintenance professional / handyman experienced in handling roof repair works. Please note, the true cost can only be determined after visiting the site. Feel free to express your interest in the job by roughly sharing your estimated approximation (ballpark figure). We will go through all your privately shared notes and your previous job comments on Airtasker before selecting you to visit our site and offer the real price. Think of the selected bidder as being paid to visit the site, inspect and offer the final quotation. If you are an experienced professional and has handled the following are a list of tasks, you can go through them and express your interest. * Replacement of cracked roof tile (roughly 30 titles across 14 units). They are concrete tiles (refer picture) * Cleaning and providing a rust-free protection layer on roof valleys across the strata complex (total: 200 meters) and then giving them a protective coat of rust shield coat (if you have a better suggestion please feel free to do so when you inspect) * Fixing gable cladding, sagging eaves across few units * Gutter realignment across few units to ensure water drains * Replacement of rusted gutters (in 1 or 2 units) or if the rust damage is superficial, provide them with a rust protection coat and a rust shield coating * Replacement of rotten fascia (barge) boards on few units. This would involve removing the gutter, replacing the section of rotten fascia board and then painting them and placing the gutter back. This is expected across 2 to 3 units. * Each unit has about 16.5 meters of lead flashing. None of the units have reported a leak. To future-proof it, we might need to look at having wakaflex applied to them to protect the units from any lead flashing related cracks & resultant water leaks. Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Hi, I have a few things that need to be done in our unit. Please confirm if you are able to do this on Monday 30th Sept. 1. Grout - Re-grout shower and small section of tile above laundry basin. I have measured the total tiled wall dimensions in the shower: Wall 1 - 83cmx194cm, wall 2- 92cmx194cm, wall 3 - 70cmx20cm and 82cm step/ledge below door. 1. Remove wine stain on ceiling (may need paint?) 2. Silicon over kitchen and laundry basin, and bathtub 3. Small fixes and paint - damage on wall after removing painting, above bathroom mirror, and paint 2x doors that were shaved because they were not closing property
