My previous garage door automatic opener was broken and i was trying to replace it like for like. When i was trying to change the garage automatic door opener, spring went loose. All the materials that was holding the door in place are intact (u-bolt, screws, bolts etc) I need someone to retension or replace the springs, reinstall the door and install the new garage door opener (provided by me). It is single car roller door. Also lubricate door, it was bit sqeeky. I can help with lifting and placing the door in its place.

Folding aluminum shopfront shutter is getting stuck and not gliding smoothly through the overhead rail. Likely cause — a loose screw at the top of one of the pivot joints catching on the track. Need somebody today. The main bed frame is fine. Need a 2x1in piece of wood 70-90cm long attached to the side to hold up the slats. The existing piece was a bad repair and needs to be removed and replaced. It just needs the wood piece, a drill and 6x 2-inch screws to get the job done. Maybe a saw to cut back the bad edges of the existing slat support. A claw hammer to pull the old piece off. Perhaps 4 more 2in screws to attach a center slat to the main frame to stop the sides splaying apart. Should take under 1 hour.

Install 2 safe boxes with 12mm expansion bolts. For bigger safe, 4 bolts on concrete ground, 2 on brick wall. Smaller one, 4 bolts on concrete ground. You may need a saw to cut the original one or two bolts.
