I have a small dent in my bedroom door that needs to be fixed.

I need a general roof maintenance for the building as follow 1. Gutter clean up 2. Replace approx 20-30 broken roof tiles 3. Re-bed approx 20 loose ridge caps by laying down a fresh mortar base to firmly lock the caps back into place 4. Repoint if any ridge sections need to be repointed. 4. Re-seal approx 15 existing vent pipes 5. Inspect if there any further repair need to be done. There are manholes for access to the roof. Thank you and let me know if need further details.

Install 2 heated towel racks tomorrow morning (Wednesday 26 August), completed before 12 noon. Towel racks are plug-in models. Electrical work/wiring is NOT required. The job involves wall mounting 2x heated towel racks in bathroom Drilling/fixing into tiled walls Ensuring both are level, secure and neatly installed Bringing appropriate tools/drill bits and fixings for bathroom tiles Tomorrow morning — must be completed before 12 noon

Install 2brackets fixed by 2 screws each which need be drilled. Location is bedroom in unit in a complex. Needs ladder to suit drill height of about 2.5mtrs.

Toilet Seat- The toilet seat got loose and the right side came out from the bowl. This needs to be either re-fixed or replaced (open to whatever you suggest)

Hi there, I need an experienced and reliable handyman to help fix some loose bathroom fixtures in my Level 1 apartment in Hornsby. There are a few items across two bathrooms that need attention: 1. Toilet Paper Holders (x2): Both are currently loose (as seen in IMG_2874.jpg and IMG_2876.jpg). They may require drilling new holes into the tile to be secured properly, as the original hole might not be enough. 2. Wall-mounted Soap Dishes (x2): One soap dish is loose (IMG_2877.jpg). The other one has completely fallen off the wall, and the remaining mounting bracket is heavily rusted (IMG_2875.jpg). Requirements: You must have experience drilling into bathroom tiles safely without cracking them. Please bring your own tools and hardware (drill, tile/masonry drill bits, appropriate wall plugs, and rust-resistant stainless steel screws). If needed, please bring some clear silicone sealant to waterproof the new or existing holes. Note: Please let me know in your offer if you might be able to replace the rusted bracket for the soap dish, or if you advise me to just buy a brand new soap dish fixture for you to install.

Changing the door track wheel

The pully does not work to close or separate slats on the vertical blinds. Looking for a cheap repair, instead of buying new blinds.

I require two sliding doors to be fitted with new flyscreen wire. Each door is approx 800 wide by 2 metres high.

A sliding door has come off its hooks?? so no longer slides.

We recently had split systems removed. So scope of works: 1. Patch holes internal and external walls 2. Paint 3. Extend existing power supply points further and install weather proof plug points 4. Remove grey metal conduits in pictures and dispose them

All the four rollers have worn out and one of them has broken. So need to remove all the four rollers from the panel and replace it with the new ones.

Existing wire trellis has fallen off . Timber to be secured and plants attached to it

Blind track has fallen off as shown in photo. It is a double brick wall the track was screwed into.
