Need to screw 1. 2 loose screws from the door socket to the door frame 2. a loose scew from the door frame to the wall (see pictures) Likely need to redrill the holes and socket as the existing holes can't hold the screw tightly any longer

Job 2 - Install Under Sink Water Filtration System ● Install supplied under-sink filtration system from The Water Shop. ● Install matching filtered mixer tap (all parts provided). ● Please advise if a licensed plumber is required or if you can complete this. ● Must ensure a clean, leak-free installation. Job 3 - Install child magnet locks in kitchen. We have 4 Roman blinds that have been installed recently in a bedroom that have a manual chain operation. The blinds were purchased from Tuiss (Blinds Online). We have 4 motors that have come off the previous blinds that need to be put on the new ones to convert them. Bedroom door won't close properly — it's catching/binding on the latch edge and needs trimming or planing to fit correctly. Install this mirror in my living room

A short segment Gutter attachment has fallen down on one side . The fascia looks fine. It needs to be reattached. It is currently partially being held up by an adjacent vent pipe. The space is a bit tight on the ground near the side where the gutter has dropped but should be okay for a ladder placement. The backyard shed has a fascia that has partially detached due to two screws breaking. It needs to be redrilled and re-screwed on. Okay for the old broken screws to be left in place. Quote to include labour and parts.
