1. Front door as it scrapes the floor when opened and closed. 2. Flyscreen door has some tears in it. Can we replace the flyscreen with metal wire than nylon. 3. In Bedroom 4 the cupboard door gets stuck whenever opened or closed Need a quote for supply and install. Photos attached.

The section is about 2m wide x 1m high. A lot of the walk is still cemented together but it has come out of the ground.

Supply and installation of fly screens to fit 5 small windows of equal size. Measurements approx 1m by 40cm (to be confirmed). Must be removable screens, ideally sliding but can also just be panels that are removable. There are already little buttons on these with does where the panes can sit, they used to come with matching panes but were lost over the years. The photo shows 2 of these windows circled in red. I need 5 of identical size made. Screens will need to be made, including frame, mesh and a simple securing device onto the window. Please make an offer.

There is work monthly that needs to get done ranging from cleaning roofs and gutters, repairs etc.

1) Remove the broken floor stop. Replace it with a stronger commercial grade version. Purchase and supply the door stop and install. Something like this or very similar: https://www.keelerhardware.com.au/products/scope-door-stop-aluminium-floor-fix-available-in-matt-black-and-satin-chrome. Track is aluminium with carpet tile and concrete floor below. 2) Install a self adhesive rubber strip- supplied by us, to the aluminium frame of the door. No materials or tools needed. 3) Adjust the tension on a door closer that slams too hard.

To move a washing machine inside the house few metres to the laundry and fix it, fix 2 beds,and tv unit. Today afternoon or tomorrow very early before 10am.

Already purchased a new Air Dry 2400 Twin Fold Clothesline 1200mm, and need someone with the right tools to ensure it is installed securely and sturdily for long term use. Note: Bolt width for both the old and new clotheslines is exactly the same (2200mm centre to centre), which should make swapping them out straightforward onto stone wall.
