Hi there, We’ve recently had new doors and windows installed and are looking for someone experienced to carry out some tidy-up work. Scope includes: * Rendering around new window/door frames (some exposed brick) * Wall patching and prep for paint * Minor repainting to blend in with existing finish * Small carpet touch-ups * Possible skirting board repair/replacement This is a small job, but we’re after someone who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail – ideally with solid rendering/patching experience. The front facia has come away from a Blum kitchen drawer. It looks as though the screws have pulled out of the facia. The drawer looks to require disassembly to fix this. After someone who is familiar with this type of drawer system. I also have others that need to be realigned too if possible. Not sure if the cost to fix it. Happy to discuss if it’s a bigger job than it looks.

Internal top-hung sliding door has dropped slightly on one side. Door no longer aligns with the latch and cannot lock properly. Looks like roller height adjustment or possible roller replacement needed. Access is from the top track. Located in Pymble NSW.
