I have a new ceiling fan that I would like to have installed in place of an existing fan. So the job would be to remove the existing one, and install the new one. I have the new fan already in the box ready to go. There is no light fixture for either the existing or the new fan, and there is already the wiring to a wall switch in place, so hopefully just a quick and easy swap over.

Needing a cost to install a new door. Our current door (solid panel) will need to be taken down and our new door (which will be a glass panelled door, already purchased) is to be put up (photo for reference).
