Install a curtain rod above sliding doors, length is about 370cm, drilling will require going into bricks.

This could be run with the light switch, but access is tight, so a separate cable down the cavity wall is acceptable.

Repairing 3 bigholes and some dents in the gyprock wall

We have a large window and the frame is rotting in one corner. We won’t want to replace the glass, it seems fine. It we do want the frame to be completely checked and repaired.

While moving apartments the movers held the single seater sofa by its front legs that resulted in the legs to come out a bit. Need a carpenter to apply glue and nail it back in.

Old ceiling fans needs to be replaced with new DC fan in bedrooms. Total 3. I have bought the fans.

Need fly screen put back into Window Sill + Window lock purchased and installed.

Help me design a flynet for this small awning window while keeping the inside handle accessible so I can open and close it easily. The first two photos show the actual window, and the last photo shows another window in the house with the setup I want to replicate. I believe most of the required materials can be purchased from Bunnings. Please advise on the best approach to install it.
