We have an inspection coming up on the 23rd June Our dachshund has done a number on the paint on the bottom of the door, we need someone to come and even do a temporary fix to get by the inspection. Whatever paint, or material you require we will pay for on top of what we offer for just doing the job at hand! Bunnings is just up the road on pennant hills road.

Our caravan: Ezytrail Ceduna 15 Quad (MY24) 1. Installing Vendline drying rack We have purchased two 80cm Vendline drying racks and would like them installed next to each other under the window of the foldout section of the caravan (where the king size bed is). 2. Installing Anti-Flap Kit We have purchased an Aussie Traveller Anti-Flap Kit PRO+ but the caravan requires some changes for it to fit. Would you be able to do this for us? I think we need to install new wall fitting brackets (they came with the kit) as our current ones don't seem to fit. 2. Installing curved rafters We have purchased two Aussie Traveller curved roof rafters and need the wall bracket installed and the end of the awning set up to fit the spigot.

Install a curtain rod above sliding doors, length is about 370cm, drilling will require going into bricks.

Minor home maintenance work

Combined light/ceiling fan was installed with no wall control, only remote control. Fan has begun randomly turning on. To avoid a potential electrical fault associated with this "always live" state, I want you to connect up a wall-mounted controller (Off L M H). This could be run with the light switch, but access is tight, so a separate cable down the cavity wall is acceptable.

I need the installation of 3 chandeliers, 2 pendant lights and 2 fans. These are new installations and not replacements. I have double storey house. The installation is required on the ground floor. Images of the products to be installed are attached.

Repairing 3 bigholes and some dents in the gyprock wall

We have a large window and the frame is rotting in one corner. We won’t want to replace the glass, it seems fine. It we do want the frame to be completely checked and repaired.

While moving apartments the movers held the single seater sofa by its front legs that resulted in the legs to come out a bit. Need a carpenter to apply glue and nail it back in.
