I have 2 bookshelves that are currently in a room with a 2.7M ceiling and the bookshelves fit comfortably. We are moving on Wednesday to a house with a shorter ceiling - around 2.4M. I'd like someone to help cut the bookshelves shorter so they can fit in the new room. The bookcase height is 2427mm and the ceiling height at the new house is 2417mm. Given that we need to tilt the bookcase to bring it in that might add another 30-40mm extra height I think?

Need cornice fixed in a bathroom

I need the fall of my gutters rechecked and any joins resealed. There are 4 corner joints and 2 section joints to be sealed. There is one small section of timber facia that has wood rot and needs to be replaced. I dont want a quote for new gutters. Just the repairs please. Its a two story house with easy access. The wood rot is above a deck so only a small ladder is needed for access there.

Flyscreen door replacement or fix the roller tyres of existing fly screens. 3 doors in total. The rollers on the bottom skids off the rail. Need roller tyres of the door to Be replaced if possible. There are 3 doors in total. All the 3 screen-doors are identical with the roller tyres issue. Plenty of street parking and it is a small block with apartment located on 2nd floor.
