Need to fix gyprock patching and repaint

The plasterboard on the ceiling has a small section with mould. I require for you to first determine if the mould is caused by condensation or by a water leak, and second to clean / repair the plasterboard. I'm including 2 pictures: one of them is close-up.

Roughly 400x400 area of water damaged ceiling that is cracked and sagging after upstairs water leak. Centred in between beams.

I have removed a built in desk on the platerboard wall and there are holes where screws were as well as plaster has come away. Area is roughly 5 metres long where the damage is and around 0.5 metre strip. The wall will need painting afterwards but that is optional (i have the matching paint

Need some plaster board installed in a roughly 520x390cm space. Most of the old plaster board has been removed other than a small amount in the corners. The ceiling is on the ground floor of a 2 story house. Ideally looking for someone who can supply the plaster board them selves.

We are renovating one room in the house (2.8m X 3.1m with ceilings height 2.4m + a tiny study area 1m X 1m) - we need to Gyprock that room, including the ceiling. Need 4 brackets drilled into the wall to sit in blind motors

We need to get an outdoor shed insulated and put gyprock. Added more photos. Will procure material based on recommendations
