As a result, there will be several small holes in the gyprock that need to be repaired before I put it on rent. Total around 10 holes. There is NO WALL DAMAGE just the holes to be fixed up. Job includes: ● Fill multiple small screw/anchor holes in gyprock walls. ● Sand the repaired areas to a smooth finish. ● Apply touch-up paint so the repairs blend with the existing wall colour as closely as possible. ● Leave the work area clean and tidy. We had a leak in the ceiling due to a plumbing issue which has been fixed. However some of the gyprock is damaged and needs to be replaced. Approx size is 1.5m X 1.5m. The area needs to be painted white after gyprock has been installed.

The ceiling was a glue only job, so if current gyprock can be screwed to the ceiling battens. AC repair required Gyprock to be cut in the roof. There are two cuts 1 big and 1 small. I want big cut to be patched by creating a movable roof door and want small one to be simply patched.

Just had some lights repalce and need a small patch and paint jog to the ceiling (the hole is approx 20cm x 15cm x15cm) and the other a few plugs taken out and patched
