Hi, I've had a couple of new lights installed, leaving some marks (and some holes) behind to repair. I have two holes (kitchen and bathroom) that need plastering. Including these two, I have an additional two locations that need some sanding and paint matching to surrounds. Ceilings are about 2.3 to 2.8 m clearance from floor. Let me know if additional measurements needed, please use images for reference. Contractor to supply all materials and labour. I do have some plaster offcuts but will need to source elsewhere. I have unrestricted street parking and basement parking (2.2 m height clearance). My unit it on 1st and 2nd level (bathroom and bedroom on 2nd level, kitchen and dining room on 1st level. To access unit, you need to go up two flight of stairs, and there is a flight of stairs inside to go from 1st to 2nd floor. I am around to assist with carrying gear if needed.

Plasterboard ceiling and skim coat walls

I need a box/slot built and installed for a recessed projector screen that I already have. Dimensions of the slot is 2425mm length x 110mm deep x 110mm width with a power socket on one end.

We have recently installed a 3-in-1 (light, heat & exhaust fan) in our bathroom, for which we had to remove our old exhaust fan. For the patch of the exhaust fan on the bathroom ceiling we need to do gyprock & ceiling paint with white color. P.S. I have added the photo of the ceiling & the exhaust fan portion is to be gyprocked.

Drywall pealed off due to double tape

The wall got a hole and needs to be repaired back like the rest of the wall. I need someone who can plaster, apply fresh gyprock, paint match and fix the wall completely. I need it to look seemless like no hole was there. Materials won't be provided so please quote the offer including everything. I need a 75" Sony TV and a Floating TV cabinet mounted on a gyprock wall & the electrical wiring hidden in the cavity. Refer to the photos, the current TV point at the bottom of the left-end wall. If possible the TV cable runs horizontally to be hidden or to be run in an adhesive-type cable cover. The Powerpoint on the right side, on the wall However, the vertical run should be hidden in the wall cavity. Possibly need 1-2 wall boxes. A slim type Vogel's Comfort Fixed 40-100" TV Wall Mount (sleek wall bracket) will be provided by me. If required, the cable cover will be provided by me.
