Fix uneven paver fence in the backyard

I have a semi-circle area to be paved, 5m by 2m. The area is currently covered in wood chips. In the pictures you can see an elevated area 20cm high, I would need a small step/wall built along the 5m section. The current rectangular bricks going around the curve would also need to be removed. Some of the pavers near the curve would also need to be levelled. Budget to include cost of materials. - Due date: Flexible
