I'm looking for an experienced and reliable concreter or landscaping contractor to complete two outdoor projects at my home. 1. Construct a new concrete slab for a garden shed Build a new concrete slab approximately 3.5 m × 3.5 m to support a new garden shed. The successful contractor should: Prepare and compact the base properly. Construct a reinforced concrete slab suitable for a garden shed. Ensure the finished slab is level and square. Raise the slab sufficiently above the surrounding ground (approximately 50–100 mm) to promote good drainage and help prevent water entering the shed. Finish the slab with neat professional edges. Leave the work area clean and remove all construction waste. 2. Relay existing paving There is approximately 15 m² of existing paving that has become uneven over time. I'd like the pavers to be: Lifted where required. The base re-levelled and compacted. Pavers relaid so the surface is even, stable and free from trip hazards. Photos of both areas are attached. I’ve got a sandstone paver in a garden border that has lifted due to a root. It has been poorly re-cemented and needs (a) digging out under the tree root (b) cutting the root (c) Rebuilding the base properly so it doesn’t lift again

The paved driveway is damaged by tree root and need to be fixed

Lay gravel around and between 60 x 60 pavers on path about 15 m long. Place edging along one side of the path to protect plants. Path is approximately 1.2 m wide.

Some pavers need levelling in driveway

The job is to relocate the pavers from where they are now, relay them 10meters away on the new path, put bedding sand under each paver so it doesn't wobble, lay them on straight line and straight level. The pavers are granite pavers 60x45 x 50mm thick, 16 pieces, 35kgs each.
