Image 2 - Create a new entrance into the walk-in wardrobe from the adjacent wall. 3. Hi there, I have recently settled into my new home and found that the existing refrigerator cavity is 180 cm high, while my refrigerator is 190 cm high. To accommodate my fridge, I have removed the over-refrigerator cabinet myself. I would like to have this cabinet professionally modified to reduce its height by 13 cm. Please note that I will handle the reinstallation myself. I can drop off the cabinet at your workshop and pick it up myself once the modification is complete, so I only require the workshop modification service. I have attached a few photos for your reference, including one labeled "picture 4" where I have marked the panels. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with the following questions: 1.What would be the estimated total cost for the cutting, painting/refinishing, and overall modification? 2.What is your current turnaround time for a job like this? 3.Can the existing hinges still be reused? When modifying the cabinet, would you be able to pre-drill the new hinge holes (concealed hinge cups) for me? 4.Please refer to the attached photo "picture 4." I have labeled the panels from 1 to 5. Extend out bottom step approximately 530mm to make a landing including bottom step of 750mm wide. Current step is currently 1700mm wide by approx 220mm deep. Want to make a landing so total landing including step is 1700mm X 750mm. This landing won't be a permanent feature so we don't need it to be painted or sanded. It will sit on top of the concrete but does not need to be attached. It needs to be freestanding. Can use treated pine for example from Bunnings (see attached) to keep cost down
