I am getting delivered a small garden shed in a pack and this needs to be installed on an existing timber base.

Part of shed roof came off, cannot find the missing piece, about half side of the shed roof need to be replaced

The shed to be built is in a corner. Therefore two brick walls already exist. A frame is needed and one side wall. The front of the shed needs a double doors and a slanting roof. The material is probably colorbond. This can be discussed.

To cut and fit IKEA Runnen Decking. I’ve fit the majority middle part of the area. Need someone to cut and fit one length side of 5.4m plus one width side 1.6m. May require electric saw.

After a quote we are in a rental and our dishwasher leaked and due to it being our fault we have to fix it. All we are wanting is the actual cabinets replaced only and keep all the drawers and doors and bench top. The real estate and owner do very basic and so we only want it replace no upgrade at all and just need a piece of wood put above oven. As when leaking the water absorbed into the chipboard cupboards and made them expand and warp. Price is flexible.

Install new frame of under counter kitchen cupboard and reinstall drawers. All hardware and drawers available. Need new frame to install.

I need carpentry to cut the cabinet to fit in the dishwasher which shows the picture, and make holes for all the pipes to collect the wash basin. please make sure the cabinet will hold the marble. and fix the bottom edge that was damaged.

I need wooden sleepers cut to size & secured to side of house & cement retaining wall to great a flat surface on the ground so I can put 2 plastic sheds on. Total width is 180cm (9 sleepers at 20cm width). Will also need to support the sleepers as the ground is not level (maybe with pavers or something similar). Please see pic.

We have one room at the back of our house where the floor has started to sink a few centimetres. This is probably due to previous pest damage (once about 15 yrs ago and again in 2021). We conducted a pest treatment in 2021. We reas It is a double brick house with brick pier subfloor. There is subfloor access under the house but at that point (the room with the problem) the crawl space may very well be inaccessible (see some pictures from a 2021 pest report). So in all likelihood the timber floor will have to be removed to get access to the damaged floor joists or bearers. We realise it is difficult to quote without knowing exactly what work is involved.
