Carpenter needed – Fascia board, skirting repairs & door reversal Looking for a carpenter to complete several jobs at our home in West Pennant Hills. The house is being prepared for sale so a neat finish is important. Scope of work: 1. Replace timber fascia board off the balcony – old board to be removed, new one cut to size, fitted and sealed [H3 fascia board & trim board already sized & purchased] 2. 2 × cut out and replace swelled skirting board sections (previous water damage) [MDF supplied - see note below] 3. 1 × fill gap where skirting board is missing [MDF supplied - see note below] 4. Reverse swing direction on 5th bedroom door (downstairs) – flip door to swing out instead of in, reposition hinges, replace trim/architrave where required (materials not supplied for this job - use pre-existing hinges with new screws. Architrave may need to be purchased to finish) Notes: • The skirting board is a squared stepped profile that is no longer available off the shelf (2 steps equal size need to be routed). Approximately 2m needs to be routed from a standard 18mm × 87mm rectangular trim board by cutting two steps into the face to match the existing profile. Profile details and dimensions will be provided on site. We will handle the painting. Bring your own tools including router, etc.

Kitchen cabinet door repair (under sink) One kitchen cabinet door under the sink has come off. The hinge appears to have come loose from the cabinet frame. Looking for a handyman or carpenter to: - Reattach the cabinet door - Repair or reinforce the hinge screw holes if needed - Replace the hinge if required Photos attached. Location: Sydney Flexible time but preferably this week.

Removal/cutting of top bench from the sink onwards. The height between bench and concrete base is 810mm which does not allow space for any washing machine to fit. Need to remove top bench from sink and neaten edges. Open to suggestions. preferable to paint sink bench black.

Require removal of door and door frame and approx 1m skirting board. Then assemble Ikea wardrobe to cover the hole after removal of door and making it flush on wall and securing to wall. See pictures above. Given quote by Ikea but require sooner date if possible.
