15m of 1.2m high pool fence needs replacing - please see photos. No longer keeping the fence. Supply and install replacement gate. Terracotta tiles/pavers within 2m have slipped under the fence - re-lay pavers and edge against the fence so they cant move again. More detail of scope: 1. Remove existing fence and 8 posts. Since the fence is now being replaced, no need to keep to the same post holes. Work to standard lengths where possible - so post locations can be changed. 2. Remove, level and re-lay pavers. Supply levelling sand, any materials, etc 3. Supply replacement aluminium posts and fence - Federation/Cottage Green powder coated. Need paving around the house. Area: Around 65sqm Pavers: Limestone 600x400. Pavers and sealant will be supplied. Terrain: Mostly level - it has been levelled recently with an excavator. Steps: 2 steps on the backyard (2.4m long - using the 1.2m long limestone stair tread and stair riser); 1 step on the side yard (1.2m long stair)

Lift & re-lay pavers in sand due to subsidence over many years. Need to lift & re-lay about 3/4 of the pavers in the attached photos (not the stairs). The paved area is 17.7 square metres and contains 334 pavers and so 3/4 is 250 pavers to be lifted & re-layed. All pavers fit close together and so no grout or concrete is needed. You will need paving laying experience and bring your own string line & rubber hammer. Would suit 1 person or 2 persons working together. I have a trolley and will move the planter boxes that you see in the photos onto the adjoining timber decking. I will supply the paving sand.

I have an area of 13 square metres that needs paving. It is currently a flower bed so need to lay sand/roadbase, and compact before laying. See the circled area in first picture. The pavers are stacked and ready close by and I can assist in the laying.

We have just excavated an old patio and removed the old pavers. We have dug in to the garden bed to extend the patio and wish to pave the whole area. The area is 46m2 with an L shape. We have 610x406x30mm Travertine pavers. There are about 200 pavers. We wish to lay the pavers in the newly excavated patio. We have recently installed a Pergola so it will have to work around the beams. You would also need a stone saw to cut the travertine in to the correct shapes. You will need to compact the earth and lay some foundation to be compacted to ensure a stable base. We will need the payers glued down with sand and cement to create a stable Platform. We are looking for someone who will deliver a sustainable job as we do not wish to run in to trouble in the future. We want this to last.
