The lock/latch on my swimming pool gate is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. I’m looking for someone experienced with swimming pool gates who can inspect the existing lock and either repair it or supply and install a suitable replacement. The gate needs to close and latch properly and comply with NSW pool safety requirements.

I have a small fence sliding gate that moves from one side to the other. It operates with a wheel that has teeth and when it gets halfway it is missing the teeth and stops. I have cleared the debris on the track and it still seems to be out of alignment with the wheel that pushes it. I need someone that knows how to fix this issue please.

Program additional remotes I have a BFT Thalia BT A80/A160 control board with two Phobos linear arm motors (dual gate). I need extra BFT remotes paired to the system. 2. Fix auto-close issue The gate currently defaults to staying open after use rather than automatically closing. I’d like it set to auto-close after approximately 60 seconds. The control box is easily accessible, mounted on the brick pillar at the front of the property. One working remote is already on hand for reference. Hi I need a licensed electrician to come and wire a Meross Smart Garage Door Opener to my FAAC Driveway gate. It’s really super simple job, I can’t do it as I am unable to reach and don’t have the time do it, wanting and will need someone with wiring experience and tools and license. Will take less than 20 mins. Pretty much from my understanding open up the FAAC control unit (I have done and checked) plug & screw 2 meross wires into 2 dry contact screw ports (OPEN A com). Latch keeps falling off, I think it will need new bolts drilled in place. The gate is wooden and also expands when it gets hot and then it gets too hard to close so I would like a small bit of the timber shaved back to avoid this happening
