I have 4 drilled stainless posts that need to be mounted on the tiled landing and stairs. Stainless wires then need to be put through them and a timber railing put on top, with a 90 degree bend (see photos). Happy to consider alternative options for posts.

Need a box made up using 15mm thick structural pine. Dimensions 800 long x 600 high x 400 deep Top will be a removable lid. All joins need to be re-enforced for extra strength. 3 holes to be drilled, one of which is on the lid. Still to determine size. We would like to have a fully licensed and insured carpenter to build a timber framed partition wall to enclose a wall opening. Tasks include: 1. Hang a MDF Solidcore Flush Internal Door (we will make additional payment for this item according to its purchase price). 4. Install a door handle (supplied by us). 5. Insulated using Earthwool insulation SoundShield Wall Batt (supplied by us). 6. New wall is gyprocked using Gyprock Soundchek, plastered & sanded, but no painting needed. 7. Access Stairway Required is the provision and installation of an access stairway solution for a granny flat. The required components are as follows: - Concrete footings - Treated pine posts, bearers & joists - Treated pine decking wood - Treated pine handrail The following items are mandatory 1. The staryway shall have the smallest footprint possible in order to gain access to the granny flat. This includes the smallest possible landing size and minimum number of steps. 2. The access stairway shall be fully compliant with all applicable requirements of the National Construction Code of Australia (specifically section 3.9.1) in order to gain certification for the granny flat under a compliant development assessment. Failure to gain certification for the grannyflat due to non-compliance of the access stairway is not acceptable. Photos of the location are attached. The height of the floor level above round varies between 900mm and 1200mm. The stairway access shall be from the right-hand side.
