Timber Pool Decking, Front Gate & Timber Slats – Clean, Stain & Treat I’m looking for an experienced person to clean, prepare, stain and treat several outdoor timber areas at my home. The main job is the timber decking around the swimming pool, which needs to be properly cleaned/prepared and then stained/oiled to restore the timber and protect it from the weather. I would also like the following timber areas done at the same time: * Front timber gate * A number of exterior timber slats/screens * A few other smaller outdoor timber sections around the property I’m looking for a high-quality, professional finish, with appropriate preparation before staining rather than simply applying another coat over the existing timber. Ideally you will: * Have experience restoring and staining outdoor timber/decking * Be able to advise on the best stain/oil/product to use * Protect surrounding pool, paving, walls and other surfaces while working * Supply all equipment and preferably materials, although happy to discuss this Please include your experience and, if possible, some photos of similar decking/timber restoration work you have completed. wooden kitchen benchtop restoration

We have a selection of general carpentry work required inside our home: 1. Skirting boards - we have two gaps either side of a fireplace that need to be filled. We have some offcuts that can hopefully be repurposed for this. 2. Skirting boards- we have a hole that has been cut out that needs filling, sanding so that it is ready for painting. 3. Floor boards - we have some loose floor boards that need screwing down before carpets are installed. 4. Door knobs - we have door knobs that need installing. Two doors have no cut outs so will need to rebate in the relevant components. Three doors have cut outs already.

Wardrobe door hinge has come off door and needs reattach / repair.

Install a wall mounted cabinet in the laundry room (60x37x40cm Ikea Metod)

Repair two cabinets: 1. Kitchen cabinet - rusted hinge has broken 2. Sideboard cabinet - door has come off the sideboard Please advise if you can bring the hinges with you or whether I will need to collect them prior to the repair job. - Make 4 cuts on particle board kitchen cabinets to allow for new fixed rangehood to fit. - Cut up the line in the picture shown on the insides of the space where the rangehood will go and the bottom of the doors show to the same height - approx 9cm needs to be cut off the doors - No work will be required for the bottom hinges as they are well clear of where the cut will be - the knobs which are secured with single screws will need to be moved up - replace edge banding on doors if possible, not fussed about perfect colour match. It is a large dog kennel in wood and metal cage that came in pieces and was assembled on site. It a bit like a small shed. It would need unscrewing and taking apart piece by piece then i need each piece to be piled up in my driveway which is up a few stairs. Two people would probably manage the job better.

We have a timber arbour over the front entrance. Some Timbers are rotted and need replacement in 140 x45mm treated pine plus 2 x 90mm posts (the other two are Okay). 8 of the ends need to be cut to match the existing using a jigsaw and then sanded smooth.
