Looking for an experienced painter to paint my outdoor timber pergola. Paint the exposed timber beams, posts and braces of the pergola (see attached photo). Paint will be supplied. Please bring your own brushes, rollers, drop sheets and any other required equipment. Preparation (light sanding and cleaning where required) is expected to ensure a good finish. Two coats if required for an even finish. The pergola is easily accessible and located in Wahroonga

Our driveway is a large 50 square metre area which appears to me as concrete exposed aggregate. I would like to use a polymer type concrete resurfacer spray or something to go on top of it to smooth it out so we can bounce balls on it. Open to other suggestions.

Hi I need a licensed electrician to come and wire a Meross Smart Garage Door Opener to my FAAC Driveway gate. It’s really super simple job, I can’t do it as I am unable to reach and don’t have the time do it, wanting and will need someone with wiring experience and tools and license. Will take less than 20 mins. Pretty much from my understanding open up the FAAC control unit (I have done and checked) plug & screw 2 meross wires into 2 dry contact screw ports (OPEN A com). I am having 4 tonne of top soil delivered to driveway. Want to pay hourly rate for moving it to back of property where new grass going. Driveway to area is downhill and approx 60 metres.

One horizontal pergola beam (approx 3.5m) has rotted through and needs a full replacement. Will involve removing and disposing of old beam Supply and install new treated timber beam See images for context Im just trying to get an understanding of this project but i am imagining this would suit a carpenter There maybe other projects around that needs doing.
