Job Description: ​Looking for an experienced landscaper,or plumber to complete a straightforward backyard drainage and paving job. We want a streamlined, local solution using our existing on-site infrastructure. Scope of Work: ​Excavation & Earthworks: Excavate a 100mm deep base for a pebble/paver footprint and dig a short, standard drainage trench. ​Drainage Installation & Tie-In: Supply and lay a 100mm slotted ag-pipe wrapped in geotextile and aggregate and run a short (<1m) solid PVC pipe from the new ag-line and tie it directly into our existing, functioning pool backwash drain underground. ​Pebble & Paver Laying: Supply and install blue metal aggregate (20mm diameter, 50mm thick) on geotextile fabric across the designated area. Lay 34 units total of 400x400mm pavers on a 50mm sand/cement bed. Note: 24 of the 34 pavers are already on-site and supplied by me. You would only need to supply the remaining 10 pavers, sand/cement, and drainage materials.

I have a 3.5 x 4.5m section of paving that has dropped over time and needs re-laying. I can lift, clean and stack the existing pavers (to be re-used), and can arrange to have additional paving sand on site. I need a qualified, experienced and insured paver to restore the correct levels/slope and then re-lay the pavers. One edge will require concrete bedding to prevent slippage. The area to be paved is fully shaded.

1. I have a garden shed that is 3x4.3m where I would like cement outdoor pavers to be installed. As per photos the ground is covered with blue metal and sand. However, further preparation is likely eg compacted roadbase or sand-cement for firm placement of the pavers and to avoid any movement over time. Looking for large cement pavers to be used and suitable for a garden shed eg perhaps 40mm thick. 2. Also want paving to be installed at the entrance to the shed (outside gate) of about 1x2m The site is relatively flat with slight decline from gate. Distance from where you can park to site is about 25m and flat, power and water nearby. Owner has trolley and can assist moving pavers to site. Note with budget: I have no idea what this could cost relative to materials or labour other than what the likes of Bunnings may charge for the pavers. I will leave it to the experts to assess the requirements, ask questions and then quote. Of course not looking for the cheapest, yet price is a factor. thanks in advance

Re-lay 10 pavers on driveway

I have nine 600x600 pavers which I laid several years ago and are now very uneven. I need somebody to come and do a small job to lift the pavers and make the ground level underneath, then relay the pavers evenly in place. Only a small job but I am no longer capable of doing it myself.

I need about a dozen loose pavers to be resealed

I'm wanting to extend the paving in one of our townhouse courtyards by filling in an existing garden bed (plants have already been removed). Basically, the row of paving closest to the soil needs to be lifted (as they aren't full size), two rows of pavers need to be put down and then the pavers that were lifted need to be cut and fitted next to the wall. Approximately 3.5-4 square metres of paving. Any soil that needs to be removed from the garden bed can be placed under some of our plants elsewhere. The soil would need to be compacted and the base put down prior to paving. I already have the pavers here on site. Access to the courtyard is only available through our townhouse, so any base and/or sand needs to be brought in bags.

Prepare the ground (existing mulch to be reused to fill pavers). Supply material like sand and cement. Lay pavers in a straight line, levelled with equal distance apart. Total Length of the area is 4 meters. See images. I will purchase and provide 8-9 Stone pavers (size 600 x 400mm). - Due date: Before Monday, 31 July 2023
