I am a beginner looking to pave a double driveway with common bricks on clay soil. I plan to do the manual labor myself but need an experienced paver/landscaper to act as a consultant and mentor. Looking for an initial on site consult with reviews and advice on an as needed basis throughout the job. $250 for the First visit Subsequent visits paid at an agreed rate

We also have about 1.5m of area where we have a 200mm x 200mm pavers that need to be mortared down on a step. may need a masonry wet saw to cut to fit

I need a single straight cut on a 20mm thick porcelain paver. The Details: Material: 20mm Italian/Outdoor Porcelain (Damia brand). Task: One straight cut across a 600mm paver. Context: This is for a pedestal system next to a door, so the edge needs to be clean and chip-free. Requirement: You must have a wet saw or an angle grinder with a specific porcelain diamond blade. Location: Erskineville. Easy access in the front yard/driveway. I only have one spare paver, so I need someone confident they can make the cut without shattering it. Level a small row of pavers, less than 2sqm, fill a few holes with no more gaps and hang one mirror. Pavers are not cemented. Lift easily with a crowbar. Sand and Blue metal provided. Can get the no more gaps to but don't have the squeezer for the tube.
