Need a double garage torsion spring replace/ repaired. My double garage door opens around 30cm and then stops. It won’t go any higher. I’ve had a look and the torsion springs above the door( right hand side) still has tension and feels rigid.but the left hand spring is loose and can be wiggled freely by hand with no resistance.

Install awning 3x1. Perspex with metal frame. Above sliding door of granny flat. There is a tree with branches in the way, this will be trimmed back for access prior to install.
