Looking for an experienced handyman/painter to complete some patching and painting at my property. Work required: * Patch approximately 15 holes in the external eaves/soffit, similar to those shown in the photos. * Some holes have previously had cables/fittings running through them. They are not live and just need to be shoved back into eaves. * Holes need to be properly filled and finished so they are weather-resistant and blend neatly with the existing eaves. * Sand/prep repaired areas and colour-match/touch-up paint so repairs are as unnoticeable as reasonably possible. * Remove the large round mirror shown in the photo from the internal wall. * Repair any screw/anchor holes or minor wall damage left after removing the mirror. * Sand, prepare and paint the repaired wall area to match the existing wall. * Please leave all areas clean and tidy and dispose of any waste.
