Replace standard globe where required. Test operation after replacement. Note: This allowance is for a basic globe/minor fitting issue only. Any electrical fault, wiring repair or replacement requiring a licensed electrician is excluded and will be quoted separately. 4. Bedroom 2 – Door / Frame Wear & Minor Repairs Inspect areas of visible wear/damage to door jamb/frame. Prepare damaged and worn surfaces. Carry out minor filling and patch repairs where required. Sand repaired areas. Touch up/repaint affected surfaces to provide a neat finish. Check door operation and alignment during attendance. 5. Site Attendance, Materials & Clean-Up Supply minor consumables and preparation materials. Protect immediate work areas during repairs. Remove minor waste generated from the works. Leave work areas clean and tidy upon completion.
