Need painting to roof and walls paint will be provided

Apartment is 2 years old. I am disabled and smoke in my bedroom and the bathroom. Cigarette stains are starting to show in the corners mainly. The professionals say painting it with blocker etc would be better than trying to wash it off? Not sure what color or brand would be more effective and prolong the stains from coming back again. Anyone know what i should use or a colour so the stains don't stand out so much? Or if a feature wall would be better? Any ideas? The bedroom isnt that big. 1 wall is a decent size in length with a weird tiny window in the top corner. The other wall is mostly a window another wall is half a mirrored wardrobe with a aircon and door. And the last wall The other wall has a sliding door right in the middle that connects to the bathroom . Now the bathroom is completely tiled except for the ceiling. I guess we could refresh the paint behind the toilet? And also 2 sliding doors for the bathrooms entrances and 2 bedroom doors? So all up.. Main Bedroom 4 walls and ceiling Bathroom ceiling only. Wood behind toilet. 2 slidind doors and 2 bedroom doors. *not sure if choosing a color cost more? Ideas PLS? Thanks everyone .
