Hi Ex government style of house needs a paint. 1 coat of paint in the living room , kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Living room, kitchen just need the walls done, the 1 bedroom needs walls and ceiling (walls have had hooks which have been poorly patched up), the bathroom ceiling is terrible that needs painting but not the bathroom walls, skirting does not need to be painted. Need to paint one room’s ceiling. Including setting down drop sheet and whatever else is needed to protect carpet & furniture. Need to bring your own equipment needed, ideally including a drop sheet too. Edit: Will provide paint.

I have 7 doors in a hall + one 2 door linen cupboard door + three x 2 door wardrobes. The doors are currently painted in enamel yellowish and I need them white. Those are the conditions: The white needs to be decided but once decided, the door needs to be completely painted without any of the previous color showing regardless of the angle with which we look at it. It is up to the painter to apply as many coats as required, at no extra price. (This is just because I have had problems in the past.) Door handles will need to be replaced with fresh ones. I assume that you will remove the door handles before you paint so that should not impact the price. In your quote please let me know if you include paint or not.

Deck boards slightly uneven with paint peeled in places. No rot. Deck is in front of house only 40cm off the ground. Easy access.
